~ Faery Wild ~

 

This lovely creature of Faery was inspired by the beautiful poem,

'La Belle Dame Sans Merci ' by John Keats - in particular, this verse:

'I met a lady in the meads
    Full beautiful, a faery's child;
Her hair was long, her foot was light,
    And her eyes were wild.'

Pastels, pencils, and paint on A4 watercolour paper.
