May I use your art to create signature tags, tubes, websets, email stationary, avatars etc?

As I am now a licensed artist, and I can no longer grant permission to freely use my artwork. If you have obtained my permission in the past, you may continue to use my artwork after obtaining a license. If you have made items in the past using my artwork, you will not be in violation. However, to make anything new using my artwork you must obtain a license.
